year 2011 as version 1.4.

Issue: App crashes for some users when starting app
Cause: App uses new feature designed only for IOS5 iPad Operating System

1. Update your iPad to IOS5
2. Install app fix (version 1.1 released 11-28-11) if you would rather not update to IOS5

Note: If you experience any app issues please include the following in your email

- Device IOS Version
- Amount of Available Storage on your device
- Copy of data plist file (goto "Settings" > "General" > "About" > "Diagnostics & Usage" > Diagnostics
- & Usage Data". Now look for the app name, then tap on it-copy it and paste it in the email.
Things to try:

- Turn off all running apps (to do this double tap home button, then press the red X's on open apps)
- Power iPad down then turn back on
